Ben Evans
Product Specialist (NSW, ACT & VIC)
Ben serves as Product Specialist for New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria, while also supporting customers in Western Australia and South Australia. With more than 20 years of experience in turf management, including superintendent and golf course construction roles, he combines strong technical expertise with practical industry knowledge. Holding a Master's Degree in Turf Management from the University of Sydney, Ben is committed to helping clients achieve successful outcomes through trusted advice and professional support.
Simon Parker
Operations Manager
Simon oversees the operational functions of Centaur Australia, working closely with Danny Potter to support clients across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 30 years of experience in the sports, leisure and club industries, including 15 years as a General Manager, Simon has held senior leadership roles at Brisbane Golf Club, Indooroopilly Golf Club and Wynnum Golf Club. Holding qualifications in Business, Golf Management and Project Management, Simon brings extensive industry knowledge and practical experience to support Centaur's commitment to delivering professional service and trusted solutions.
Alex Gordon
Project Sales & Service Manager
Alex serves as Project Sales and Service Manager for Centaur Asia Pacific Australia, managing projects, supporting equipment servicing and repairs, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of solutions to clients. Drawing on his experience in fleet management, Alex brings strong expertise in maintenance planning, workflow coordination and equipment selection, enabling him to improve efficiency, minimise downtime and support successful project outcomes across the business.
